Pepper Lillie is the vehicle of Steven Brandsdorfer and Bill Piel, two cousins who grew up in the Philadelphia area. After spending our childhood solving problems and exchanging ideas—how to build the best fort or pack the tightest snowball—we decided to pool our creative intellects and start a business. Bill's astute programming and Steve's graphic arts made web design the obvious choice. We built a network of like-minded artists, designers, copywriters, SEO experts and other freelancers, and now have been custom-building web solutions for clients great and small for years.
